Funding
for Hospice
Hospice
services are available to those who request care and
meet the criteria of a terminal illness. Participants
eligible for Medicare and Medicaid receive benefits
through those programs. Many private insurance companies
also offer Hospice benefits. Individuals who do not have
insurance may still be eligible for Hospice services.
A
Pineywoods Hospice Foundation was established to assist
our neighbors in need of Hospice care. The foundation
accepts donations, memorials, and sponsors to meet
community needs.
